CHERRY BLOSSOMS 2017 [UENO PARK EDITION]

CHERRY BLOSSOMS - A never to miss sight in Tokyo in Spring.

Again, I am blessed to be in Japan for the entire season of cherry blossoms. I witnessed the entire process of the Cherry Blossoms - from blooming to full bloom and to when it dies. During the full bloom season, I simply had to drop by as many cherry blossom spots as I can.

And I would say that UENO PARK had the DENSEST CHERRY BLOSSOMS EVER.

The flowers were so dense and beautiful the photos were not doing great justice to it at all!!!

Food Street along Ueno Park under the Cherry Blossoms 

We were aimlessly walking through the crowd and the cherry blossoms trees, and came across a long stretch of food street serving Japanese Street Food. It is great for people who needed a break from the long walk.

Locals set up picnic mats to enjoy this season

All the locals were set out to enjoy this festive season too! They came into the park fully back packed with food and drinks. They would spend the entire day at the park enjoying, singing, eating and drinking.

I was truly blessed and lucky to witness this beautiful season in Japan!

Here's a photo of us! It wasn't easy to get a clear shot like this because it was sooooo packed. I even felt bad for the person taking our photo, she was being pushed around and just waiting for the right moment just for this picture. Thus the caption. Haha.
